Many people think that if someone wants to improve, then punish. I live in India and do not follow any rules here, then it is common practice to punish.

But I believe that punishment does not last forever. I will give an example. There is some mother who tells one of her children that if you go out in the afternoon, then in the evening you will be punished and punished with impunity. What should the child do? And if his mother tells him, if you do not go for a walk in the afternoon, then in the evening I will prepare something to eat.
When her mother talks about punishing her in the evening, the child should think of hiding from her mother’s eyes and go for a walk
Will go for a walk
But when her mother tells her that she will cook something of her choice then the child will be in front of the mother’s eyes to make her mother eat something.

Whenever we talk about punishment, people will surely get through that punishment, but they will definitely want to do some work by hiding it from someone’s eyes, but when we talk about giving some prize, people will do something good that they will try.

These rules can be useful for a company.
